Obituary for Crazy

It is with heavy hearts, questionable judgment, and a profound sense of loss that we announce the passing of our beloved Crazy, who departed this world on October 30, 2026, after courageously enduring years of health struggles and ultimately succumbing to injuries sustained from relentless bullying.

Crazy wore many hats throughout his life: roommate, devoted husband, loving father, proud veteran, barbecue enthusiast, and fearless pilot in the virtual skies of Altitude. While he may not have always flown straight, he always managed to leave an impression on those fortunate—or unfortunate—enough to cross his flight path.

For many years, Crazy battled health challenges that would have broken the spirit of lesser men. Yet through it all, he maintained his greatest defense: an unwavering sense of humor. He believed that laughter was often the best medicine, even when the medicine wasn’t quite enough.

When he wasn’t tending to his smoker, perfecting his barbecue, or spending time with his family, Crazy could often be found soaring through the skies of Altitude, where friendships were forged, rivalries flourished, and insults were exchanged with the enthusiasm of a family reunion gone terribly wrong.

Sadly, the very community that provided him with countless hours of entertainment also delivered wounds that proved too great to overcome. Despite his toughness, his humor, and his remarkable ability to laugh through adversity, the cumulative weight of bullying ultimately claimed one of the game’s most unforgettable personalities.

Crazy leaves behind a legacy of laughter, smoky barbecue, questionable flying maneuvers, and memories that will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him.

He was a husband. A father. A veteran. A friend. A pilot. And above all else, he was Crazy.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you fire up your grill, share a laugh, and refrain from bullying your fellow pilots

Rest in peace, Crazy.

Your grill has gone cold, your engines have fallen silent, but your legend will forever remain airborne.

May your ping always be low, your barbecue always tender, and your skies forever free of trolls.
